Administrative Assistants (Administration & Office Support)
Administrative support: leave management in Panda Payroll, prepare new joiners' onboarding & amenities, monthly headcount report, personal files for Technician handle monthly employees' claims, corporate secretary documentation & maintain HR policy
Talent Acquisition / Recruitment: Technician for all locations
Conduct reference checks for all identified candidates
Assist in sourcing trainings & registration
General administrative support:
- vendors' management (office cleanliness, pest control, air conditioner maintenance)
- verify billings (mobile phone, petrol card, maintenance charges)
- order & replenishment of office supplies
- hotel & flight reservation
- Visa application for business trip
- arrange courier service
- assist in coordinating for company events
- assist in special project / adhoc tasks when required
Checking of monthly employee claims according to company employee handbook policy
Updating Employee Handbook periodically
Handling recruitment process with the objective to identify and hire qualified candidates for respective business units.
Handling employees' administration arrangement and working closely with internal colleagues, external vendors and statutory departments in ensuring smooth transition for onboarding, transferring and exit.
Handling employees' data in relevant systems.
Handling HR documentations including employment contract, employment confirmation, resignation, employment verification and any related documents.
Assisting in training & development and staff activities when required.
Handling HR expenses including but not limited to vendor management and invoices posting through Finance systems.
Managing HR Department filing and ensuring documentations are in place as per authority and company requirements.
Any other assignments by the management from time to time.

Requirements
Degree or Diploma holder. Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply
PLUS Point: Candidate must possess a Diploma/Degree in Administrative/Business/Human Resources Management or equivalent.
Meticulous, Attention to Details and Fluent in English (Both Written & Speaking)
Enjoy working in fast-paced environment.
Able to work under stress and independently with minimal supervision.
Proactive and have learning agility as well as care about the quality of output.
Technology savvy to handle various systems.
Passion to deal with people internally and externally.
