Admin & Human Resource Intern

Administrative Support:


-Assist in managing office supplies and inventory.


-Handle basic office duties such as filing, scanning, and data entry.


-Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and interviews.


-Assist in maintaining office cleanliness and orderliness.


-Support in organizing company events and employee engagement activities.
Human Resource Assistance:


-Support the HR team in recruitment activities, including posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.


-Assist in the onboarding process of new employees, including preparing necessary documents and coordinating orientation sessions.


-Help maintain employee records and ensure that all documents are accurately filed.


-Assist in preparing HR reports, such as attendance records, leave balances, and employee statistics.


-Support in administering employee benefits and other HR-related programs.
Communication and Coordination:


-Act as a point of contact for internal and external communications.


-Help in coordinating with different departments to gather information for reports or projects.


-Assist in drafting and distributing official communications, such as memos, announcements, and emails.
Compliance and Documentation:


-Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in administrative and HR tasks.


-Help monitor compliance with labor laws and regulations as directed by the HR team.
Learning and Development:


-Take initiative to learn and apply new skills related to HR and administration.

-Currently pursuing a diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.


-Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).


-Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.


-Good communication and interpersonal skills.


-Ability to work independently and as part of a team.


-Eagerness to learn and take on new challenges.
