RF Infinite are currently looking for passionate Administrative and Human Resources to join our dynamic team!**Responsibilities**:- Responsible to manage and handle full spectrum of Admin functions.- Ensure daily operations are executed in accordance with internal guidelines and policy.- Managing office inventory and working with vendor to ensure the regular supply of office materials.- To perform general clerical task and duties.- Assist in computerized updating and record management.- Administrative tasks such as filling, maintaining and retrieving documentation.- Coordinate staff engagement activities.- Responsible to administer payroll and staff benefits; ensure salary payments and deductions are accurate and pay-out according to payroll timeline.- Assist superior in IR related matters.- Assist superior in conducting benefits survey by compiling data for analysis purpose.- Prepare accurate and timely reports as required by Manager.- Ensure company properties and equipment are properly maintained and kept.- Monitor and ensure Admin activities are within budget.- To undertake and all other duties and responsibilities as instructed by the Manager.- Handle ad-hoc tasks as and when assigned.- Being actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads and managing the hiring process.- Assist in performance management processes.- Maintain employee records according to policy and legal requirements.- Create staff handbooks- Provide guidance to employees for any disciplinary actions.**Qualifications**:- At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.- Must be fluent in English and Malay.
