**JOB DESCRIPTION**:- **Office Management**: Oversee daily office operations, ensuring a smooth workflow and efficient use of resources.- **Documentation and Record Keeping**: Maintain accurate records of transactions, client information, and other administrative data.- **Travel Coordination**:Assist in travel arrangements for clients, including bookings, itinerary creation, and communication with relevant service providers.- **Customer Support**: Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience for clients.- **Communication**:Manage correspondence, both internal and external, and facilitate effective communication within the team.- **Scheduling and Coordination**: Arrange and coordinate meetings, appointments, and events, ensuring proper scheduling and logistics.- **Data Entry and Reporting**:Input and update data in relevant systems, and generate reports as needed to support decision-making processes.- **Vendor Management**:Liaise with suppliers, vendors, and partners to ensure seamless operations and collaboration.- **Travel Documentation**: Assist in the preparation of travel documents, including visas, permits, and other necessary paperwork.- **Office Supplies and Inventory**: Monitor and manage office supplies, ensuring availability and replenishing as required.Requirement:- Familiarity with office sofware (e.g. Microsoft Office) and adapt to industry-specific software.**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent**Salary**: From RM1,500.00 per month**Benefits**:- Professional developmentSchedule:- Fixed shiftSupplemental pay types:- Commission pay- Overtime pay- Performance bonus
