Responsibilities: Excellent knowledge of Ms Office Reporting to HR & Finance Manager Prepare payment voucher, invoice, purchase order or any other document related Maintain confidentiality in all aspects of cilents, company and etc Ensure all admin documentations properly filed Perform any duty as assigned from time to time Prefer can start work immediately Requirements: Possess at least SPM Level At least 1 year experience  Good time management skills and the ability to prioritize work. Attention to detail and problem solving skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills. *Required Possess Own Transport, Transport Allowance Given.
