Job Role: Issuing of letterFiling Documents (email, incoming/outgoing letter reports)Compiling the fortnightly report. Keeping track of permits expiring date and renewal process (Site Machinery)Keeping track of various office supplies (stationery/printed forms)Keeping track of & issuing of site workers card.Lamination of various Documents required by siteArrangement for drawing printing.Others Job assign from time to time.Filing of material issue note. Position requirement/Qualifications: Post graduate in Diploma or Professional Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, and Human Resources ManagementAt least 2 years (s) of working experience in the related field or similar capacity preferably in construction industryRequired language (s) English and Bahasa MalaysiaGood Communication And Report Writing Skills In English And Bahasa MalaysiaAble to work with minimal supervision
