QUATTRO ZONE MOTORSPORT (AD) SDN BHD is seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team in our Shah Alam, Selangor office. This is a full-time position that will play a crucial role in supporting the smooth running of our operations.
What you'll be doing Providing general administrative support to the management teamHandling a variety of administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and document managementAssisting with the coordination of meetings, events, and travel arrangementsResponding to inquiries and acting as the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholdersSupporting the implementation of office policies and proceduresPerforming additional duties as required to support the overall success of the teamWhat we're looking for At least 2 years of experience in an administrative or office support roleExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with a diverse range of stakeholdersStrong organisational skills and attention to detailProficient in the use of office software, including Microsoft Office suiteA proactive and adaptable approach to problem-solvingA commitment to providing exceptional customer serviceWhat we offer
