JOB RESPONSIBILITIES : Part 1 – Primary roles of the job which are measurable and may be used as part of KPIs
-Assist with maintaining office facilities in splendid condition, ensuring that the stationeries and pantry are restocked weekly.
-Able to assist with finding runners, technicians, plumbers, locksmith, pest control service etc. depending on needs and occasions.
-Assist with ordering courier services when needed. Able to differentiate different purposes for multiple courier services.
-Assist with monitoring the office janitors and making sure the office is in a spring condition.
-Assist with raising purchase orders to finance whenever needed.
-Assist with flights and accommodations booking for the management and authorized employees. Keep a tracking of the data and ensure that all bookings are tally with the company's budget.
-Assist with management claims and submission to HR. Must ensure all details and input are correct before submitting.
-Ordering name card for the ZUS Coffee employees. Ensuring that the job title and position requested is tally with the offer letter.
-Usher guests at office to waiting area, and liaise with the internal staff whenever necessary
Part 2 – Secondary roles which supports the primary roles above
-Report to superior daily or weekly whenever needed regarding updates on the given tasks.
-Assist with any other tasks requested by the superior or management whenever needed.
