-Collect and consolidate leads from Facebook and Google.


-Conduct thorough screening to ensure only valid leads are provided to the customer service team.


-Distribute leads according to the allocation set by the manager and ensure accurate updates in the caller database.


-Regularly update data related to caller progress in the database. 


- Prepare comprehensive tutor profiles before presenting them to parents.


-Update and maintain the accuracy of existing tutor profiles.


-Share the receipt of commitment fees from parents with the designated person in charge.
