Responsibilities: Liaise with warehouse & transporter for delivery order and delivery schedule to customers.Handling Import & shipping matters.Inventory coordination and control.To coordinate internally and externally in managing daily operational functions / troubleshooting operational issues.Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure product availability while minimizing excess stock or obsolete stock.Implement and maintain efficient warehouse workflows and procedures, identifying areas for improvement and implementing best practices.Maintain a safe and organized warehouse environment, adhering to all safety regulations and promoting a culture of safety among the team.Optimize warehouse layout and storage systems to maximize space utilization and streamline operations.Manage and coordinate return and warranty claim items To support other tasks assigned by the supervisor from time to time.
