Admin Logistic Executive

*Responsible for organizing and coordinating office operations and procedures in order to ensure organizational effectiveness and efficiency.*Responsible for administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and record keeping.*Familiar with administrative operation and be able to take minutes of meetings.*Demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills when interacting with colleagues and clients.*Provide administrative support to various departments, as needed.*Make travel and accommodation arrangements.*To perform ad-hoc assignments as and when required by the Management.*Ensure stock is allocated and issued to respective ticket request.*Arrange all goods in an orderly manner in the store and ensure the stock is kept in an organized manner.*Ensure its accuracy against system's records to minimize stock variances.*Prevent any pilferage and loss of stock.*Provide periodical stock status and clear redundant stock.*Provide stock status to engineering department for spare parts return.**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent**Salary**: RM1,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month**Benefits**:- Opportunities for promotionSchedule:- Day shiftSupplemental pay types:- Performance bonus
