We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Admin Manager to lead our administration team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all administration functions, ensuring operational efficiency, and implementing strategic initiatives that align with our organizational goals.
Job Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the admin department, providing guidance and support to staff.
Develop and implement policies and procedures to enhance productivity and compliance.
Oversee company property and resource allocation.
Collaborate with senior leaders to develop strategies that improve office operational effectiveness & safety.
Ensure proper maintenance of records, documentation, and office supplies.
Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts as necessary (e.g., company insurances).
Conduct performance evaluations and provide training opportunities for staff development.
Job Requirements:
Candidate(s) must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree or Master in Business Administration or any related field.
Preferably minimum 5-7 years of working experience with relevant job scopes, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
Strong leadership skills with proven ability to guide and motivate the team.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and detail-oriented.
