Admin Officer/Executive

Details of the offer

Responsibilities:
Manage office correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and other communications.
Organize and maintain office files, records, and documentation.
Handle scheduling and coordinate meetings, appointments, and events.
Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as required.
Ensure the office is well-maintained, including managing office supplies and equipment.
Provide general administrative support to the management and other departments as needed.
Monitor and handle office expenses and budget tracking.
Perform other administrative tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
Diploma or bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
At least 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or office support role.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong attention to detail with a proactive attitude.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred knowledge in writing, reading and speaking Mandarin.
