Job Title:Administrative Assistant (Administration & Office Support)
Job Description:
Processing of invoices, receipts, and payments for daily operations
Keying in data into the system
Organizing a filing system
Responsibilities:
Assisting clients from top corporate companies in Malaysia
Being part of a team that will guide and train you while on the job
Dedicated staff who perform well will be rewarded with bonuses
Qualifications:
Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia & English (spoken & written)
Good computer skills (MS Office)
Pleasant personality, dynamic, and a positive attitude; a team player with a friendly outgoing personality
Cooperative qualities with good interpersonal skills and working attitude
