Admin Officer

Job Responsibilities:- Provide assistance in daily tasks, including report preparation and documentation workProvide assistance in data analysis and interpretation to inform decision-making processes.Provide assistance in monitoring performance progress and handle administrative and office support tasks efficientlyProvide assistance in coordinating with related team or department to ensure smooth operations across all departmentsCommunicate effectively and maintain positive relationships with external business partnersCheck inventory stock quantity records and arrange for re-stockInvestigates the discrepancies and initiates corrective actions as neededMonitor the inventory movementData entry & data analysis stock adjustment to ensure accuracy of inventory dataPerform to achieve department goals and objectives Handle ad-hoc tasks and related duties as assigned by the superior or managerJob Requirements:-
1-2 years experiences in retail industry eg: Mini mart, Hyper market, 7 eleven, etc.A team playerQuick learner and take initiatives in resolving issuesComputer literate
