ROLES, RESPONSIBILITY AND AUTHORITY : To handle purchase requisition, including sourcing, preparing PO, verifying delivery and stock control To maintain office contract and renewal before the expiry date To coordinate schedules, arrange meetings, distribute memos and reports and ensure that everyone is kept current of necessary company news and information To organize a filing system for important and confidential company documents To update office policies as needed Prepare reports and presentations with statistical data as assigned by Management Schedule in-house and external events To coordinate with relevant departments for information and data To maintain fixed assets scheduling maintenance and services To assist the Management in administrative tasks as assigned QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE: Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Business Studies or Administration or Management Must have at least 1 year of working experience in a similar position. Proficient in Microsoft Office Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Aggressive, self-motivated and result-oriented with a positive work attitude. Possess good communication and interpersonal skills. Good organization, time management and scheduling skills. Ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
