Admin Officer

Details of the offer

Roles, Responsibilities, and AuthorityHandle purchase requisition, including sourcing, preparing PO, verifying delivery, and stock control.
Maintain office contracts and renewals before the expiry date.
Coordinate schedules, arrange meetings, distribute memos and reports, and ensure that everyone is kept current on necessary company news and information.
Organize a filing system for important and confidential company documents.
Update office policies as needed.
Prepare reports and presentations with statistical data as assigned by Management.
Schedule in-house and external events.
Coordinate with relevant departments for information and data.
Maintain fixed assets scheduling maintenance and services.
Assist Management in administrative tasks as assigned.
Qualification and ExperienceCandidate must possess at least a Diploma in Business Studies, Administration, or Management.
Must have at least 1 year of working experience in a similar position.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Aggressive, self-motivated, and result-oriented with a positive work attitude.
Possess good communication and interpersonal skills.
Good organization, time management, and scheduling skills.
Ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
