Admin Officer

Responsibility
Oversee the warehouse management, logistics and administrationHandle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness to ensure goods deliver to customers promptly and effectivelyWork closely with sales consultant and liaise with courier partners on any issues ariseEnsure the movement of stocks are updated in the system and assist for monthly stock count with Finance DepartmentPerforming administrative tasks such as proper documents filing, liaise with suppliers to place order materialsTo perform any other ad-hoc tasks as assigned from time to time
Requirements
Positive attitude, passionate on collaborative teamwork, excel at interpersonal skill
Able to work independently, attentive and thorough
Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Words and email
Able to start work immediately
Willing to work in Shah Alam
