Key Responsibilities:
Contract and Agreement Management:Communicate with tenants, lawyers, and landowners regarding agreement renewals.
Ensure timely renewal of agreements and contracts.Insurance Management:Monitor and renew various insurance policies (e.g., fire insurance) on time to ensure coverage.Asset and Licensing Management:Oversee and renew company assets, including building agreements, KM/KMT licenses, and rentals.
Ensure all company licensing and certifications are current to avoid penalties.Administrative Support:Manage office administrative duties to support business processes.
Submit monetary-related documents to the Finance Department before deadlines, ensuring expenses align with budgets.
Collaborate with government agencies for truck license matters.
Liaise with customs for truck bonds and Bon Am applications/renewals.Port and Driver Compliance:Apply for or renew driver port passes across various ports.
Coordinate driver medical check-ups, GDL & license renewals, and DDT applications/refreshers.
Ensure trucks comply with Petronas RGOT requirements.Vendor and Security Management:Review and manage any vendor contracts.Requirements:
Diploma in Business Administration or a related field.
At least 2 years of relevant experience, preferably in logistics or transportation.
Strong sense of urgency and ability to meet deadlines.
Displays responsibility, integrity, humility, and a willingness to learn.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook, and Logistics ERP system.
