Admin Officer (Open To Fresh Graduate)

Job Responsibilities:



-Perform daily administrative tasks, including but not limited to document handling, meeting organization and recording, office environment management, office supplies maintenance, event planning and organization, etc.


-Business Data Work:




-Assist the department head in the compilation, updating, verification, analysis, and management of internal team business data reports.


-Regularly consolidate sales data, summarize and analyze the data, and prepare corresponding reports for further analysis.


-Responsible for organizing department-related sales agreements, sales contracts, and other related documents.

-Candidate must prossess at least a Professional Certificate, Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma, Degree, Advanced Degree.

-Strong communication and expression skills.

-Proactive and self-motivated.
