Admin/Operation Assistant

JOB TASK:  Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive administrative assistance, including data entry and document preparation.Communication Liaison: Serve as a point of contact between logistics teams, suppliers, and customers to facilitate smooth operations.Report Generation: Prepare regular reports on logistics metrics, such as shipment status, delivery times, and inventory levels.Documentation Management: Maintain and organize all logistics-related documentation, including bills of lading and shipping invoices.Problem Resolution: Address and resolve any logistics-related issues, such as delays or discrepancies in shipments.Database Management: Update and maintain logistics databases to ensure all information is current and accurate.Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries regarding order status and logistics-related questions promptly.Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to support various logistics initiatives and projects.
