Responsibilities:
Maintain office systems, files, and databases.
Manage office supplies and ensure the smooth operation of office equipment.
Handle correspondence, including emails and phone calls, related to administrative matters.
Schedule meetings, appointments, and coordinate calendars for team members.
Prepare and manage documents, reports, and presentations as required.
Assist with budget planning and expense tracking for various programs.
Process invoices and track payments, ensuring accurate financial records.
Assist with payroll, reimbursement, and procurement processes.
Record Keeping and Reporting:
Maintain and organize records related to the programs and projects.
Prepare periodic reports on administrative and program-related activities.
Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Program Planning and Execution:
Assist in the development and planning of environmental or community programs and initiatives.
Coordinate the execution of programs by managing timelines, resources, and teams.
Ensure that all stakeholders are kept informed and involved in the program's progress.
Collaboration and Communication:
Serve as a liaison between different departments, community members, and external partners.
Facilitate communication and collaboration to achieve program objectives.
Engage with participants, sponsors, and volunteers as required.
Monitoring and Evaluation:
Assist in monitoring the progress of programs and assessing their impact.
Collect data and feedback to evaluate program effectiveness and suggest improvements.
