**Job Highlights**- Annual Leave, SOCSO, EPF, bonus, etc.- 5.5 working day.Requirement:- Min 1-2 year(s) experience in the related field- Fresh SPM holder are encourage to apply.- Required language(s): Mandarin, English, Bahasa Malaysia- Required skill(s): Microsoft Office, Microsoft Excel- Mandarin is an advantage.- Can work independently- Mature with excellent interpersonal and communication skills- Work location: Puchong**Responsibilities**:- Assist to source, select and negotiate for the best purchase package in terms of quality, prices, terms, deliveries, and services with suppliers and/ or subcontractors.- Liaise and build good rapport with suppliers and internal team and other departments.- Monitor and co-ordinate deliveries of goods between supplier to ensure that all goods are delivered to site / store on time- Perform purchasing duties such as issue PO, DO, invoices, data key-in, documentation and filing.- Negotiable for the best purchasing package with suppliers.- Good attitude toward team work**Additional Information****Career Level**Junior**Qualification**Primary/Secondary School/O Level, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma**Years of Experience**1 year**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
