Job Summary We seek a versatile and organised individual to join our team as an Administrator/Sales Clerk. This role combines administrative, sales, and supervisory responsibilities. Responsibilities Administrative Duties: * Manage and maintain office filing systems, ensuring accurate and efficient record-keeping.
* Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and mail.
* Provide administrative support to the sales team, such as preparing sales reports, customer data management, and order processing.
* Assist in the preparation of various documents, including quotations,

* Coordinate office supplies and equipment, ensuring adequate inventory levels.
Sales Duties: * Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to customer inquiries.
* Maintain customer records and databases, ensuring data accuracy and up-to-date information.
Supervisory Duties: * Monitor and supervise the work of the cleaner, ensuring adherence to cleaning schedules and standards.
* Provide guidance and training to the cleaner on cleaning procedures and equipment usage.
* Address any cleaning-related issues or concerns promptly and effectively.
Qualifications and Skills * High school diploma or equivalent.
* Previous experience in an administrative or sales role is preferred. At least 3-5 years of working experience.
* Strong organizational and time management skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
