Coordinate with the sales team to ensure timely follow-ups and seamless communication with clients.
Prospecting and Lead Generation:
Research and identify potential business opportunities within the target market (developers, architects, interior designers).
Perform cold calling and outreach to introduce Almari Solution's products and services.
Build a pipeline of leads through online research, networking, and industry events.
Schedule meetings and presentations for the sales team with prospective clients.
Administrative Duties:
Maintain organized records of sales documents, contracts, and correspondence.
Schedule and manage appointments for the sales team.
Handle email and phone communication related to sales inquiries.
Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with procurement to ensure product availability.
Customer Relationship Management:
Act as a liaison between clients and the sales team to address inquiries, concerns, and service requests.
Provide after-sales support to enhance client satisfaction and foster long-term relationships.
Reporting and Analytics:
Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports for management review.
Analyze sales trends and data to provide actionable insights.
Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for the sales team.
Coordinate with marketing to support campaigns and promotional activities.
Work closely with operations and production teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in sales administration, customer service, or a related role.
