SERVICE ADMIN WORKSHOP (LORRY) Location:
Subang Perdana

Responsibilities: Attend to customers' vehicle problems and recommend appropriate solutionPrepare Spare Parts List and Spare Parts for mechanic to carry out repair jobDevelop and maintain good relationship with customerCall customers to advise them about service changes or car pick-up timesAdminister documentation for costing and claimsMaintain positive customer relationships to ensure repeat businessPrepare estimated repair cost and job completion time, follow up on work progress and update customers accordingly. Requirements: ? MALE / FEMALE MODERATE IN COMPUTER KNOWLEDGE (EXCEL, WORDS, ETC)MUST BE WILLING TO WORK 6 DAYS A WEEK (MON-SAT) (9AM-6PM) ? MENETAP DISEKITAR SUBANG PERDANA Benefit:
