Job Requirements:
Well versed in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Experience in using Microsoft Office for monthly analysis reports.
Good communication & organizational skills on daily jobs.
Job Responsibilities:
Sourcing and preparing comparison of vendor's quotations for company purchases.
Assisting Branch Senior Administration Executive with daily administration tasks.
Executing daily operational tasks in SAP.
Assisting Penang office with daily job arrangement tasks if Penang's admin is away.
Preparing Truck Delivery Order / Collection Note / CTC copy invoice.
Receiving & verifying shipment container, battery, charges, and attachments.
Planning proper maintenance of sales files by category/customer.
In charge of Fixed Asset (Trucks, Battery & Charger) disposal process.
Performing follow-up calls to customers for outstanding payment or signed agreements & purchase orders.
