Job Description: Administration Assistant
Location:GT2 Healthcare Sdn Bhd, Kulim Hi Tech Park, Kedah, Malaysia
GT2 Healthcare Sdn Bhd is a trusted third-party sterilization provider known for its commitment to operational excellence.
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administration Assistant to support our operations at the Kulim site.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and submit purchase requests for consumables, spare parts, and equipment to Central Procurement in Kuala Lumpur.
Liaise with the HQ team in Kuala Lumpur on accounts-related matters, ensuring timely communication and follow-up.
Organize and coordinate logistics for events, meetings, and activities at the site.
Manage the front reception, including welcoming visitors and answering phone calls professionally.
Handle correspondence, documentation, and filing for administrative tasks.
Assist in maintaining office supplies and ensuring a well-organized office environment.
Perform other standard administrative duties as required.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification in administration or a related field.
Previous experience in an administrative or office management role is preferred.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Highly organized, with attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
Friendly and proactive attitude.
