We are currently seeking a diligent and highly organized Administration Executive to support our team.
Key Responsibilities:Legal Support:Assist Legal Associates & Firm Partners in drafting letters, legal documents, and correspondence.
Invoice and Billing Management:Manage and process invoices, ensuring accuracy and timely payments.
Conveyancing Support:Assist in processing loan applications and conveyancing-related documentation.
Client Interaction:Handle client communications, schedule appointments, and maintain client records.
Documentation:Prepare and organize documents, ensuring all legal paperwork is accurate and confidential.
Database Management:Maintain and update the firm's database, ensuring data integrity and security.
Requirements:Education:Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
Experience:Minimum of 2 years of experience in administrative roles, preferably in a law firm or legal environment.
Skills:Proficiency in MS Office Suite, excellent organizational and communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask.
Language:Proficiency in English and Malay.
Additional language skills are a plus.
Attributes:High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well in a team.
