Job Responsibilities:Assisting in day-to-day operations of the Administration Department such as answering calls, filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning documents, etc.
Assisting in the renewal of Club's vehicle licenses, road tax, and insurance.
Processing payment of Club's monthly utilities.
Assisting in matters pertaining to catering for Club's functions and Penang Race Days.
Providing clerical and administrative support to other departments.
Performing other duties as assigned from time to time by the Management.
Requirements:Possess Diploma in Business Administration / STPM or equivalent.
At least 2 to 5 years of relevant working experience.
Proficiency in MS Office applications.
Proactive, attention to detail, good attitude with a high sense of responsibility, and able to work independently.
Priority will be given to those who can start work immediately.
Willing to work on Penang Race Days and public holidays (if required).
This shall be a one-year employment contract with an option to renew for another year.
Competitive salary and benefits package will commensurate with experience and qualifications.
