Role and Responsibilities:To update and maintain business licenses, agreements, insurance, and related matters.
To liaise with insurance agents, solicitors, local council, and store managers for all documentation-related matters.
To assist in tenancy agreement and franchise agreement execution and arrangement.
To perform general duties like typing, filing, photocopying, mailing, receiving, and sending courier packages.
Monitor office supply levels (stationery, bottled water, etc.) and reorder when appropriate.
Arrange and coordinate general correspondence (computer and printer service, annual dinner arrangement, etc.).
Communicate with the finance department for billing issues, payments, or other related inquiries.
To cross-check the billing, staff reimbursement, payments, or other related inquiries.
Any other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
Requirements:Candidates must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, preferably in the fields of Business Administration/Management or equivalent.
At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Must be computer literate with knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
Pleasant personality and good follow-up skills.
Systematic, strong organizational skills, and independent.
Experience in legal matters, customer service, and other administrative tasks.
Required languages: English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia.
