Job DescriptionManage petty cash, process payments, prepare reports, assist with budgeting, and control receipts.
Establish internal financial controls, prepare reports, liaise with auditors, and manage government financial submissions.
Process payments and receipts, verify budgets, track transactions, and ensure accurate sales reporting.
Support recruitment, training, staff records, and manage volunteer records.
Provide general administrative support, manage meeting minutes, stock transfers, and internal systems.
Handle invoice processing, vendor liaison, and purchase orders.
Oversee property-related matters and contractor coordination.
Ensure workplace safety, update SOPs, provide backup to the General Manager, and assist with projects.
QualificationsDegree/Diplomain Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.
Relevant certifications
Experience in administrative roles,2-5 years .
Experience in handling office management, documentation, and coordination.
Experience with financial administration and procurement is beneficial.

Basic understanding of financial processes, including petty cash management, budget preparation, and report submission.
Ability to prepare and submit reports (monthly/annual), manage audits, and assist in budgeting.
Duty Hours5.5 days' work week / 45 hours work week
Mondays to Fridays: 9.00 am to 6.00 pm (including 1-hour break)
Saturdays: 8.30 am to 1.30 pm
