Administrative Assistants (Administration & Office Support)
The incumbent is responsible for providing administrative and operational support to ensure the smooth running of a business. This role involves various tasks, from managing schedules to handling paperwork and coordinating with different departments.
Job Description:
1. Administrative Tasks:Managing and organizing files, documents, and records.
Handling incoming and outgoing mail, emails, and phone calls.
Scheduling appointments and meetings.
Maintaining office and salon supplies and equipment.
Salon and office inventory management.
Responsible for applying for/renewing Malaysia Government Licenses.
2. Data Entry and Management:Inputting and updating data into databases and spreadsheets.
Generating reports and analyzing data.
Maintaining accurate records and files.
3. Project Support:Assisting with project planning and execution.
Tracking project timelines and deadlines.
Preparing project reports and presentations.
4. Other Duties:Assisting with various administrative tasks as required.
Ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
Possess a Diploma/Degree in Business Administration or any related field.
Minimum 1-2 years of relevant working experience.
Prior experience in the retail industry is preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
Good command of English & Bahasa Malaysia.
Other Information:
Working hours: Monday to Friday, 10 AM to 7 PM.
Monthly performance incentive.
