Job Description:
• Cooperate with Finance to apply for monthly social insurance, provident fund, agency fees, etc.
• Process monthly overtime and claims of employees
• Prepare HR documents including employment letters, confirmation/non-confirmation/promotion/transfer, etc.
• Assist in handling employee grievances, absenteeism, disciplinary issues, etc.
• Responsible for monitoring employee leave and employee attendance, probationary period review, and conduct      job evaluation to confirm employment
• Perform any other duties as required by management from time to time
• Handle all building and office management
• Assist in various work coordination, general administrative work and documentation
• Perform any other related duties as assigned
• Perform other temporary tasks if required
Experience and Qualifications:
• Candidates must possess at least a diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, Heat & Power or 
  related fields
• Fresh graduates or at least 1-2 years of experience in Human Resources and Administration
• Strong communication skills (Malay, English, Mandarin); able to read and write Chinese and English
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, prioritize workload and meet deadlines
• Positive attitude, team player and willingness to take initiative
• Strong communication skills, strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, careful handling of sensitive 
  information
• Knowledge of the Employment Act 1995, regulations and best practices is an added advantage


Nominal Salary: To be agreed
