Administrative Assistants (Administration & Office Support)
About the roleWe are seeking a talented and experienced Administration Assistant to join our team at HKC UNITY SDN BHD. In this full-time role based in Seri Manjung, Perak, you will provide vital administrative support to ensure the smooth running of our office operations.
What you'll be doing
Providing general administrative and clerical support, including managing schedules, arranging meetings, and handling correspondence
Maintaining and organising electronic and physical filing systems
Assisting with data entry, report preparation, and other administrative tasks
Ordering office supplies and managing inventory
Welcoming and assisting visitors and clients
Participating in team projects and contributing to the overall efficiency of the office
What we're looking for
At least 3 years of previous experience in an administrative or office support role
Strong organisational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in using Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
A keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining accurate records
A positive, proactive, and helpful attitude towards supporting the team
