Administration Officer

The Administration Officer will serve as the primary coordinator and administrator, providing secretarial support to the Directors.
The role involves organizing and managing all meetings, events and related activities, as well as maintaining accurate records for all documents.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Act as the primary secretary and overall administrator to the Directors.
Organize and coordinate meetings, minutes preparation, events and activities involving the Directors of IJM Corporation Berhad.
Maintain comprehensive records of all incoming and outgoing documents.
Perform any other secretarial or administrative tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Administration or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in secretarial or administrative roles within a corporate environment.
Strong time management, attention to detail and stakeholder management skills.
Proficient in written and spoken English.
Willingness to work in Petaling Jaya.
