Utility and Facility Management:
-Oversee the maintenance and management of office facilities, ensuring a safe and functional work environment.
-Manage office tenancy agreements, including renewal, termination, and coordination with landlords, ensuring compliance and resolving any issues.
-Coordinate with external utility and facility vendors (internet, teletouch, hardcopy storage, courier service, electricity, water, and sewerage) to ensuring timely and efficient service delivery.
Invoice Billing and Payment Management:
-Process and verify invoices, ensuring accurate billing and timely payment to vendors and service providers.
-Maintain records of financial transactions, including tracking expenses and reconciling discrepancies, to support the organization's financial management.
Record Keeping and Data Management:
-Maintain and update organizational databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality of information.
-Assist in compiling reports and data analysis to support management in decision-making processes.
Communication and Correspondence:
-Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, phone calls, and mail, ensuring timely and professional responses.
-Draft and format reports, presentations, and correspondence, supporting various departments with accurate and well-presented documents.

; Requirements:-
-Preferably candidates with a minimum of 1 to 2 years working experience in the relevant industry.
-Minimum of a diploma or Bachelor's degree in any related field.
-Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word
-Good in Written and verbal communication skills
-Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
-Multitasking and time management skills can determine priority of task
-Able to work independently or work in a team
