Administrative Assistant ( 6 Months)

ResponsibilitiesAnswering phone calls
Handling walk-in customers and managing their machine transactions
Registering incoming machines for repair
Managing Outsource Call Centre activities
Generating quotations for in-house and on-field service machines
Recording service calls for technicians
Issuing job sheets for repaired machines
Assisting with meter billings
Managing E-perolehan portal in Kuching
Addressing queries from walk-in customers and incoming callsMinimum RequirementsDiploma or Certificate in Administration or a related field
Minimum of a year of work experience
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications
Strong command of written and spoken English
Excellent interpersonal skills and a dedication to customer service
Flexibility to work extended hours as needed#J-18808-Ljbffr
