We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing our corporate social media presence, overseeing the operations of our online store, and providing general administrative support.
This role is perfect for someone with excellent multitasking abilities, strong communication skills, and a keen eye for detail.
Responsibilities:
Develop, schedule and publish engaging content across various social media platforms.
Monitor social media channels, respond to inquiries and engage with followers.
Analyze social media performance metrics and prepare regular reports.
Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media strategies with business goals.
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the online store, ensuring smooth order processing and customer satisfaction.
Manage product listings, including adding new items, updating descriptions and optimizing images.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the procurement team for restocking.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints and returns promptly and professionally.
Provide general administrative assistance, including managing schedules, organizing meetings and maintaining records.
Prepare and edit correspondence, reports and presentations as needed.
Assist in coordinating events and handling other ad-hoc tasks as required.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications or a related field preferred.
Proven experience in social media management and/or e-commerce operations.
Proficiency in using social media platforms and tools (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Canva, Capcut).
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
