Internship For Human Resource ( Intake Dec / Jan / Feb )Minimum Requirements:
Degree or higher academic qualification in any relevant fields.
Proficient in Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia and English.
Good at communicating and translating with others.
Computer literate and numerate.
Aggressive and fast learner.
Good attitude and responsible character.
Business-minded with entrepreneurship skill.
Responsibilities:
Provide general administrative and clerical support including mailing, scanning, faxing and copying.
Assist in resolving any administrative problems.
Prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos and emails.
Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments and travel arrangements for Managers.
Serve as a liaison between employees, employers, and external stakeholders, ensuring smooth communication and coordination.
Ensure the office complies with organizational policies and standards.
Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure projects are executed effectively.
Provide interpretation support during meetings, conferences, or discussions with stakeholders.
Complete other related tasks assigned by superiors.
