Responsibilities: Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support, including managing calendars and scheduling meetings for team members.Client Interaction: Serve as a point of contact for clients, responding to inquiries, and ensuring a high level of customer service.Document Management: Prepare, edit, and organize financial documents, reports, and presentations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company standards.Data Entry & Management: Maintain and update client databases, financial records, and internal systems with precision.Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to support project initiatives and client deliverables.Compliance Assistance: Help ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal policies by maintaining organized records and documentation. Requirements: Diploma or equivalent preferred.With or without experience in an administrative role.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Proactive approach to work.
