Administrative Assistants (Administration & Office Support)
Full time
The purpose of this role is to provide site support to the HR leaders and teams that reside in the Malaysia Hub, supporting day-to-day administrative and logistic matters whilst maintaining confidentiality where necessary.
Key Responsibilities:
Work SchedulesMaintain the Director(s) agenda and assist in planning appointments, board meetings, conferences, etc.
Support travel arrangements that may be outside CWT.
Handle and prioritize all outgoing or incoming correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages, etc).
Manage visitor agenda and logistics for HR teams.
Support large events when necessary.
Office AdministrationWork with the site Assistants to manage facilities for the office.
Handle all procurement matters for the department/company.
Manage the office layout and workspace arrangements.
OthersAssist in document compilation where required.
Manage Management Team's scheduling (e.g., meetings, away-days, conferences) as a lead, working together with other department's Management Assistants.
Coordinate with the Management Assistants for collective responsibilities.
