Job Description:
As an Administrative Assistant at Axiata Group Berhad in Johor Bahru, Johor, MY, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. Your role will involve a variety of tasks including but not limited to answering phone calls, managing correspondence, coordinating meetings and appointments, and performing various clerical duties.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and organize office files and documents
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other communication materials
- Assist in organizing and maintaining office supplies and equipment
- Communicate with internal and external stakeholders in a professional manner
- Perform data entry and maintain database records
- Assist with special projects and other tasks as needed
Requirements:
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in an administrative role
- Confident and reliable personality traits
- Strong planning and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Associate level seniority
