Administrative Assistants (Administration & Office Support)
Handle daily administrative duties including document management, meeting arrangement, and record keeping.
Assist the department in handling customer enquiries, bookings, and related business support.
Manage and maintain office equipment and supplies to ensure a well-organised work environment.
Assist in preparing financial statements, reimbursement documents, and other administrative documents.
Follow up on internal communication and external liaison to ensure that information is conveyed in a timely manner.
Support HR work such as employee attendance records and recruitment process assistance.
Requirements
Degree in administration, secretarial or related field preferred.
At least 1 year working experience in administrative or related positions (excellent fresh graduates are also acceptable).
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other office software.
Meticulous, strong sense of responsibility, with strong time management and multi-tasking ability.
Excellent communication and coordination skills, good at teamwork.
Able to communicate in English and Chinese; knowledge of other languages (e.g. Malay) is preferred.
