Administrative Assistants (Administration & Office Support)
Provide administrative support and assistance to ensure the smooth and efficient operations of the Company Secretarial department.
Assist the Company Secretarial department staff in company secretarial and administrative matters.
Prepare communications such as emails, letters, notices, reports, memos, invoices and other correspondence.
Perform data entry and maintenance.
Manage, maintain and perform filing and archiving of documents and records.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail, documents and other correspondence.
Any other administrative and office management duties and functions as may be assigned by the management.
Job Requirements
SPM/Certificate/Diploma holders or related qualification.
Fluent in spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Meticulous, detail-oriented, articulate and organised.
Similar experience at company secretarial practice or legal firm an advantage (no qualification required).
