Job Description
Responsible for the company's daily administrative affairs, such as document management, office supplies procurement and distribution.
Assist in arranging meetings and activities, make meeting records and follow up.
Receive visiting customers and show the professional image of the company.
Process employee attendance, reimbursement and other matters.
Job Requirements
College degree or above, major is not limited.
Administrative work experience is preferred.
Skilled in the use of office software, with good word processing skills.
Meticulous and conscientious work, strong sense of responsibility, with good communication and coordination skills.
