**Job Requirement**b) At least 2 years experience in the related field.c) Proficient in MS Word and Excel and/or other property management software.d) Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.e) Some knowledge of accounts would be an advantage.**Responsibilities**:a) To collect outgoings from residents.b) Prepare collection report to be submitted to Head Office.c) To update debtors' aging and arrange on enforcement i.e, reminders.d) Receive and record service request/ complaint from residents.e) To prepare monthly reports.
