QSR Brands is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic team in George Town, Penang. **Key Responsibilities**:
1. **Administrative Support**:
- Provide general administrative support to various departments including clerical tasks, data entry, and document management.
- Assist in the preparation and organization of meeting materials, agendas, and documentation.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and files, both in physical and electronic formats.

2. **Communication**:
- Serve as a point of contact for internal and external communications, responding to inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Draft, edit, and proofread correspondence, reports, and other documents as required.

3. **Project Management**:
- Assist in planning and executing various projects, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met.
- Monitor project progress, maintain project schedules, and provide updates to stakeholders as needed.

4. **Scheduling and Coordination**:
- Manage calendars and coordinate appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for team members.
- Organize special events and team-building activities in alignment with company culture and values.

5. **Problem-Solving**:
- Identify potential administrative challenges and propose efficient solutions to enhance workflow.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve issues and improve operational processes.

6. **Reporting and Analytics**:
- Compile data and generate reports on various metrics as needed to support decision-making.
- Conduct research and gather information to support departmental initiatives.

**Requirements**:

- **Education**: High school diploma or equivalent; further education in Business Administration, Management, or related fields is a plus.
- **Experience**: No prior experience required; we welcome recent graduates and individuals seeking a career change.
- **Skills**:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and comfortable using various software and technology tools.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
