We are seeking an experienced and efficient Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic team at Agensi Pekerjaan K.K. Sdn Bhd in Kota Kinabalu, Sabah. This full-time role will provide essential administrative support to ensure the smooth running of our operations.
What you'll be doing Providing comprehensive administrative support, including managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and making travel arrangementsMaintaining and organising electronic and physical filing systemsHandling incoming communications and correspondence, both written and verbalAssisting with the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documentationCoordinating and supporting various office activities and eventsMaintaining inventory and ordering office supplies as neededProviding general support to the team as requiredWhat we're looking for Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar roleExcellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and work under pressureStrong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with colleagues and external stakeholdersProficient in the use of office software, including Microsoft Office suiteA keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of accuracyFlexibility and adaptability to handle a variety of tasks and responsibilitiesWhat we offer
