Administrative Assistant

Details of the offer

-To coordinate daily functions of receiving, sorting, and coordinating with company logistics driver with the packing and delivery process


-Preparing Quotation and Invoicing


-Maintaining a clean, orderly, organized, and well-stocked store.


-To assist store Supervisor in stock take and procurement process.


-Any other office administrative duties, as and when assigned occasionally.


-All documents are filled in daily and kept accordingly

-SPM(with few years experience)/Cert/Diploma/Degree


-Computer basics(Excel and Word)


-Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia and English.


-2 years of experience in office admin, and experience in the Medical Industry will be an advantage.


-Able to provide excellent customer service.


-Able to work with minimum supervision and a team player


Nominal Salary: To be agreed
